Stay Hydrated With These Fruit Infused Water Recipes

TIPS FOR BEST RESULTS: 

  • Use a one gallon jar or pitcher. The recipes below are intended for a one gallon jar or container.
  • Give it time and love. Let your mixture sit in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours to let the fruit and herbs infuse into the water.
  • You can get a second use out of your fruit and herb mixture. If you drink your fruit infused water within the first day, add more filtered water!

Cucumber and Mint

  • 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 12 mint leaves, muddled
  • Cold filtered water and ice
  • Combine, stir and store in the refridgerator

Watermelon and Basil

  • 2 slices of watermelon, cut into quarters
  • Handful of basil, scrunched
  • Cold filtered water and ice
  • Combine, stir and store in the refridgerator 

Blueberry Citrus

  • Two oranges, sliced
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • Cold filtered water and ice
  • Combine, stir and store in the refridgerator 

Strawberry, Lemon, and Basil 

  • 8 strawberries, hulled and quartered
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • Handful of basil, scrunched
  • Cold filtered water and ice
  • Combine, stir and store in the refridgerator

Orange Grape

  • 2 cups grapes, halved
  • 1 orange, thinly sliced
  • Cold filtered water and ice
  • Combine, stir and store in the refridgerator
